Return Policy

It is possible to return any item purchased on moremilano.it within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

In case of size change, the return is free. In case of return for other reasons, the return shipping is paid by the buyer.
From the moment we receive the goods we reserve 14 working days before making the refund, which will be made through the same payment method with which the order was placed.
The full amount of the goods will be refunded excluding shipping costs for delivery and any duties.
Please note that the credit card crediting times do not depend on MORE & MORE by Oriano Passera. If the Customer is a consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity), once and vary from circuit to circuit.

To proceed with the return, please follow the instructions below:

- Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were received. They must not be damaged, worn or washed. They must have all the tags that they had at the time of delivery intact (the shoe box is considered an integral part of the product). You can send your return in the original box. The return must include the issued receipt.
- Write to info@moreandmoremilano.com indicating your data, the order number and your availability, in terms of time slot, for the courier. Our Customer Service will respond by email attaching the waybill and the label to apply to the package for the return, so that you can organize the return shipment and allow the collection of the package.
- Print and apply the created label on the package.
- The GLS courier will come to collect the package on the day you choose.
- Upon receipt of the package, after having verified the integrity of the items, we will proceed with the refund.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you at your expense and the refund will not be made.

In the event that you wish to proceed with the return using a courier other than the one chosen by moremilano.it, the costs will be entirely borne by the buyer.
